The Meditation tone is designed to take you into a deep state of meditation and hold you there for a 60 min period. during the audio you will hear the tone spiking, this is to prevent you from sinking into a state of sleep and will assist in your control and investigation of the entrained state.
The file is set between 5Mhz and 3Mhz with occasional spikes to 6Mhz well within the desired range for meditation.
