The Practice

Have you ever been so involved with a task that you have lost track of time?
Have you ever driven from one place to another and arrived safely, but not remembered the journey? Have you ever read a book and become so involved with the plot you can see scenery and hear characters speak? Have you ever day‐dreamed?

These are everyday examples of an altered state of awareness. Hypnosis is another example of an altered state of awareness‐one which can be used for self help. It is a perfectly natural state which occurs between being fully awake and fully asleep.

Hypnotherapy is completely natural and safe. There are no harmful side effects. And benefits are long lasting and often permanent.

During hypnosis, you will be aware of what is happening: most people do not "feel hypnotised." You are still in control.

It is always nice to get feedback from clients , here is some feedback from a client who was referred from a previous Stop Smoking client .

I can only stress that I am not a Miracle worker , I only have a set of skills that assist those who wish to make a change achieve there goals .

Message: Hello David, Just a quick note to say thanks and to let you know I have still not touched the dreaded ciggies since our session on the 1st, I'm absolutely amazed by the results and feel great. We briefly discussed the possibility of another session relating to weight issues and motivation... My fickle mind has been working overtime thinking that because you have wiped the cigarette addiction from my brain you maybe able to program me to go to the gym instead of McDonalds!!!! Sunday evenings are good for me, same as last time if thats ok David - Sunday 29th if you have it available?? Looking forward to hearing from you and if you could give me some idea of costs
